How do I know if my order has been shipped?


An email will be sent to you once the tracking number is generated. You can enter the tracking number into the usps.com website and it will advise you of the packages whereabouts. Please allow 2-3 business days for items that are in stock to be shipped. Pre order shipping times vary. Please see the description of the pre order item. In that description you will find estimated shipping times.


If you have not received and email with your tracking number after 5 business days (for items in stock), please check your junk/spam inbox or contact us unless you pre ordered an item. Pre order shipping times vary specific to each item. Please see estimated shipping times under each item's description if it is pre order. Shipping emails with tracking are sent to the email address you entered on the order and account you created. Once your item is shipped we will provide tracking and shipping information to that email address only. 


Please be sure your mailing address is correct as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed. 


What shipping method do you use?


We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class with tracking. If your order is heavy based on the weight of the items it will be sent Priority mail. We offer first class standard shipping to the USA (3-5 business days), Priority mail (2-3 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days). If you would like to have overnight shipping please email us at [email protected] . International orders may take up to 10 business days or longer to arrive. You may track your order by visiting http://www.USPS.com.


How is my order processed?


All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days following your order date. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email from Desiree's Boutique will indicate an actual processing time frame.



Does Desiree's Boutique ship Worldwide?


Yes! We ship Internationally/Worldwide via USPS Priority mail. We also ship to AFO/FPO addresses.


What payment options do you accept?


We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. We also are PaypPal- Bill Me Later ™ verified! Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays.

At this time, purchases can only be made on http://www.desireebtq.com. We will have Pop-Up shops, in New York , which will be announced on our social media sites such as our Instagram and FaceBook.



Do you accept wholesale orders?


No, we do not accept wholesale orders.



Do you offer Promotional/Coupon Codes?


Periodically, Desiree's Boutique will offer promotional codes. One (1) Offer Code may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale or bundled items. The coupon code is entered at check out. To ensure you are notified of any offers, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

What is your return policy?

No Returns! 


Exchanges welcomed. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Once it states delivered from the USPS in conjunction with your tracking number, you have 7 days to ship it back to us from that date. In regards to pre orders, the same rule applies. We do not accept exchanges on swimwear, accessories, undergarments and shoes.


For Exchanges please send an email to [email protected] .Package your item(s) in the original packaging and send it to the rerun address on the package.


Please include the following information in the email requesting an exchange:


-Name

-Address

-Phone Number

-Reason for Exchange

-Original price of Item


Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.


Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or with legitimate reason as to why you would like to exchange.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at desireeboutique1.com and send your item to: the return address on the package. Please notify us before exchanging by emailing the email address listed.


To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: the return address on the package.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item as well as shipping if the package is to be resent with a new size or color. Please pay for return shipping by clicking the link "Return Shipping". If you are unsure which return shipping payment to make please contact us by emailing us at [email protected] to ensure you are paying the correct payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive it and you claim  you sent it, unfortunately we will not issue a refund. It is important to get a tracking and even insurance if applicable.


 

Do you grant exchanges ?


We will gladly accept exchanges on items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in the state it was received in. We do not accept returns.  We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Any further questions please email [email protected]

What is your policy regarding the cancellation of pre orders?


 Under no circumstance will we cancel a pre order. Once the order is placed we can issue a store credit or exchange for a different item if you feel you have changed your mind regarding the pre order. Pre order items typically arrive in the time frame listed but arrival time can vary. They do arrive early and or late at times. We only refund if the item doesn't arrive 30 days after the promised arrival date. IF I DO AGREE TO CANCEL THE ORDER ,THERE IS A CANCELATION FEE



What if my order is incorrect or is missing an item?


While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. Other times, the merchandise may be damaged during the shipping process. In these situations we want to do everything we can to fix the error as quickly as possible. If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order (e.g. you received an item you did not order, follow the instructions below.)


Depending on the item you ordered and the time of year, we may be able to ship the correct item immediately. In other cases that may not be possible. The customer service representative responding to your claim will let you know what we can do and the time frame in which we can do it. In either case, we will need the incorrect item returned to us in new, sealed and unused condition. Go to our Return Policy for more details about returning your package.


All items are thoroughly checked and weighed prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, missing pieces, wrong item sent or destroyed in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours from the date you received the package. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, Desiree's Boutique will not be responsible for the items.

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?


We will attempt to make the change to your order within the same day your order is made. Please keep in mind if you are attempting to make a change to an item (choosing a different color, size), please be sure it is of equal or lesser value. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you make an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been authorized and shipped, we're sorry but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.
